The Contractor Guardians Tradeschool Program (CGTP) is a non-profit tradeschool where students learn by building real homes and community projects — especially for veterans, people experiencing homelessness, and vulnerable families.
Starting with our Colorado flagship campus, CGTP provides a clear pathway from classroom to internship, apprenticeship, and licensing. Students don't just learn construction — they build real housing for people who need it. Every graduate enters the workforce with hands-on experience AND a portfolio of completed projects.
